What's a prompt?
A prompt is one natural-language question your customers might ask an AI assistant — e.g. "best CBD store in Pittsfield". Each scan runs your tier's prompt allowance against live AI search and records who got named, where you ranked, and what was cited.
What's a site audit?
An audit is one full scan run on demand or on schedule: prompts answered, brand mentions analyzed, competitors ranked, crawlability + schema checked, and the action plan refreshed. Your tier sets how many audits run per month per workspace.
Which AI engines do you query?
Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity. Pro queries 3 of these; Growth, Done-For-You, and the agency tiers query all 4.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly plans have no commitment — cancel anytime from your account settings and you keep access through the end of the billing period. Annual plans are billed up front for the year (with 2 months free); we don't pro-rate refunds, but you keep access for the full term.
What counts as a brand workspace?
One workspace = one brand. Every self-serve plan tracks up to 3 locations per brand (Pro tracks 1). Need 6 or more brands, or 4+ locations on any brand? That's an Enterprise conversation — contact sales.
